Policies
Shipping Policy+
We offer free standard shipping worldwide on every order. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and, once dispatched, delivery takes 7-15 business days depending on destination. A tracking number is e-mailed to you as soon as your order ships - you can follow it any time on the Track Your Order page. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by your local customs authority; where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout - if you spot a mistake, contact shop@georgetomi.com immediately and we will correct it before dispatch.
Refund & Return Policy+
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your watch. Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging. To start a return or cancellation, e-mail shop@georgetomi.com with your order number or use the Request Service page - we reply within 24 hours on business days. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for damaged, defective or incorrect items: contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will replace or refund free of charge. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. EU and UK customers additionally keep their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
Privacy Policy+
We collect only the personal information needed to process your order: name, shipping address, e-mail and payment details. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers - we never store your card details. We do not sell your personal data. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to shop@georgetomi.com. Full details are available on our Privacy Policy page.

By placing an order you agree to our terms: all prices are shown with the closing discount already applied and volume discounts are applied automatically at checkout; items are sold while stocks last and will not be restocked; we reserve the right to cancel and fully refund orders in case of pricing errors or stock discrepancies. Every timepiece is covered by a 2-year movement warranty. Orders can be modified or cancelled only before dispatch.
